Of all the investments Dontech makes to assure product quality, our investment in people is unsurpassed. This investment is complemented by training and advanced quality assurance technologies that enhance our commitment to providing the most reliable products to our customers.

In the fall of 2001 Dontech received a Top Plus award from Siemens Medical Solutions (SMS) for its quality excellence. Dontech was only one of approximately ten of vendors in a field of thousands to receive SMS’s highest supplier rating classification. Dontech was comprehensively rated in four categories. Dontech received high ratings in all four areas; marketing, quality, logistics, and technology.

Dontech’s Quality Assurance and Control programs have been established to satisfy the requirements of the military, medical, electronic test equipment, and industrial markets. The general requirements of Dontech’s Quality Management Systems are intended to comply with the current ISO standard. This system is continually monitored to determine its effectiveness. The processes within Dontech’s Quality Management System have been clearly identified as well as the application of these processes throughout the organization.

The determination of the process includes the identification and application, sequencing and interaction, and criteria and methods required to ensure effectiveness of both the operation and control. Additionally, it provides for the availability of the resources and information required to support process effectiveness. Process monitoring, measurement and analyses are addressed, as well as the implementation of those actions which are required to achieve planned results, and continual process improvement.
