Screen Printing

Dontech offers screen printing of optical filters including opaque borders, alphanumeric labels, graphic labels, and logos. Screen printing is available in single or multiple colors and can be generated via customer supplied or Dontech generated artwork. Color matching is available to achieve the desired optical characteristics.

Glass, polycarbonate, acrylic, polyester, and other substrates can be screen printed. Screen printing can be applied to the front or rear surfaces or be encapsulated within the substrate. Dontech has clean room environments for encapsulated and first surface screen printing processing. Printing inks (e.g., epoxy, polyester, and acrylic) are selected based on the mechanical, optical, and environmental requirements of the program.
