& Static Dissipating Filters

Touch screen components and static dissipating filters both employ ITO coatings where the transmission, absorption, reflection, electrical conductivity, and image quality can be adjusted or tuned to fit the needs of specific applications. ITO coatings are a common internal component for many touch panel technologies (resistive touch panels). Dontech manufactures conductive coatings on glass, plastic, pet and acetate films for the facbrications of touch screens. Static dissipating filters are typically high resistance ITO coatings (e.g., 250 to 100,000 ohms/square) to prevent electrical shorts or surges.
